First Entry Policy

The below line policy is meant to give guests an opportunity to enjoy their vacation while still having the ability to be one of the first people into the venue.

Starting at 4:30 PM each day, we will distribute sequentially numbered wristbands at the main venue entrance on a first-come, first-serve basis.

LINING-UP PRIOR TO 4:00 PM WILL NOT BE PERMITTED. OVERNIGHT LINES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED.

A number will be randomly selected at 5:15 PM. All guests with a numbered wristband should begin lining up in numerical order beginning with the selected number (i.e. if number 79 was selected, the line would start with 79, then 80, 81, 82 through the last wristband number, then followed by 1-78). CID staff will be checking wristbands at the entrance steps to the venue to ensure everyone is in order.

The line will then be walked into the venue single file in sequential order starting with the selected number when doors to the venue open. We ask that guests with wristbands be in line by 5:30 PM. All other guests will be allowed entry after the guests with a numbered wristband have entered.

Guests are not permitted to “hold” a place in line for other guests that are arriving later. Each guest must have a first entry wristband, no companions allowed unless under the age of 18.

Loss or removal of the numbered wristband will require the guest to obtain another wristband if available. Any guest found with a tampered wristband will have his or her wristband confiscated and will lose their place in line. Each night will start with a randomly chosen number.
